In March 2004, the local residents of Tri-Valley approved a local bond which provided $250 million dollars for the build-out of the Las Positas College campus. These funds helped to build the beautiful state-of-the-art outdoor Athletic/Physical Education facilites: Aquatics Complex with two pools: a competition pool (75'x108'), and an Instructional/Recreational Pool (75'x45'), and Pool House. 

The new 2,800sq. ft. soccer field with synthetic turf provides a high quality venue for competetive, instructional, and recreational soccer programs. 

Phase III of the LPC Athletic facilities  completed in 2011includes an all-weather track and grass soccer field, field house, storage and restroom. 

The Physical Education Complex opened September 16, 2005. This state-of-the-art athletic facility has instructional and exercise areas, an indoor track, faculty and staff offices, locker rooms, team rooms, two Fitness Centers, and an athletic training room. The Las Positas College Gym, affectionately known as "The Nest", is the home court for the Men's and Women's Basketball teams.
